Your right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European distance-selling regulations and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging
- Opened hygiene and cosmetic items cannot be returned, for health reasons, unless the product is defective
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of our error or a defective product
How to return an item
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number
- We confirm the return is eligible and provide the return address — this may vary depending on the warehouse your order shipped from, see our Shipping page
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship it using a trackable delivery method
Refund
Once the return is received and checked, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or different item than ordered, contact us immediately with supporting photos. We cover the full cost of the return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal once unsealed or used, in particular hygiene items, cosmetics, and underwear.
