Your right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with EU distance-selling regulations, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification.
Our extended return policy: 30 days
Beyond the legal minimum, EUROVEXA offers you 30 days from receipt to change your mind and return an item, under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging
- Opened hygiene and cosmetic items cannot be returned, for health reasons (unless the product is defective)
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of our error or a defective product
How to return an item
- Contact us via the Contact page with your order number
- We confirm the return is eligible and give you the return address
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship it using a trackable delivery method
Refund
Once we receive and check the return, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a damaged, defective or different item than ordered, contact us immediately with supporting photos. We cover the full cost of the return.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal once unsealed or used, in particular hygiene items, cosmetics and underwear.
