Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between EUROVEXA.com, operated by Mr. Subarna Bikram Hamal Thakuri, Sole Trader, registered under number 900 329 434 R.C.S. Bobigny, and any customer making a purchase on the site. The business activity is online retail of various products (e-commerce, distance selling, dropshipping and marketplace sales).

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. EUROVEXA reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 – Order

The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart, the delivery address and the payment method.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site, in a secure manner.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery times are shown on each product page and on the Shipping page.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. See the Returns & Refunds page for the procedure.

Article 7 – Warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 – Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action, in particular by contacting EUROVEXA at info@eurovexa.com. In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may then use, free of charge, the consumer mediator whose contact details appear on our Legal Notice page. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to the legally protective provisions applicable to consumers.
