These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales concluded on the website Eurovexa.com.

2. PURPOSE
These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with sales made on the website Eurovexa.com.
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3. PRODUCTS
The products offered are described with the greatest care.
Photographs, illustrations and descriptions are provided for information purposes and may show slight differences depending on the manufacturers or suppliers.

4. PRICES
Prices are displayed in euros (€).
VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Eurovexa.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

5. ORDERS
An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
Eurovexa.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of fraud, suspected fraud or exceptional circumstances.

6. PAYMENT
Payments are secured through the payment solutions offered on the website.
An order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.

7. DELIVERY
The delivery time applicable to the order is shown to the consumer at the time of purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, the shipping warehouse and the delivery address.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 14 business days from dispatch, where this estimate applies to the product concerned.
Order processing may take up to 3 business days before the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
EUROVEXA undertakes to meet the delivery time indicated at the time of the order.
If any difficulty affects delivery, the customer may contact EUROVEXA at info@eurovexa.com so that a solution can be found in accordance with the applicable regulations.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The procedure is set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

9. WARRANTIES
Consumers benefit from the legal warranties provided by French law, in particular:
- Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code)
These warranties apply in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

10. LIABILITY
Eurovexa.com cannot be held liable for delays or damage resulting from:
- force majeure;
- an error by the customer;
- events beyond its control.

11. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable regulations (GDPR).

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, videos and visual elements) remains the exclusive property of Eurovexa.com or its partners.

14. CONSUMER MEDIATION
In the event of a dispute, the consumer must first send a written complaint to EUROVEXA at info@eurovexa.com.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory legal provisions protecting consumers.

Eurovexa.com reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
