Terms & Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between EUROVEXA.com, operated by Mr. Subarna Bikram Hamal Thakuri, Sole Trader, SIREN 900 329 434, and any customer making a purchase on the site.

Article 2 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included. EUROVEXA reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rate in effect when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 – Order

The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart, the delivery address and the payment method.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the site, in a secure manner.

Article 5 – Delivery

Delivery times are shown on each product page and on the Shipping page.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. See the Returns & Refunds page for the procedure.

Article 7 – Warranties

All products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 8 – Personal data

Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
