Shipping times

At EUROVEXA, we work with several suppliers to offer you the best choice of products. Shipping times therefore vary depending on the items ordered:

• Standard shipping (Europe/France warehouses): 4 to 11 business days
• International shipping (other partner warehouses): 11 to 25 business days

The estimated timeframe for each product is shown on its product page before you confirm your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you finalize your order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Orders with several items

If your order contains products shipped from different warehouses, you may receive your items separately, on different dates, at no extra cost.

Late or delivery issue

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
