We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, fraud suspicion, or product unavailability. If payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved payment providers. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

EU customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed after inspection.

9. Liability

Eurovexa shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
